The entire harness, collar and leash are machine stitched and made with strong nylon webbing to be fully tug-proof! Satin bows and black hardware complete this adorable look!

Underbust adjustable 24-41 inches.
Sternum adjustable 7-13 inches.
Regular collar fits necks measuring approx. 11-16 inches.
Extended collar fits necks measuring approx. 16-19 inches.
Optional leash measures 43 inches long and comes with satin handle, D-ring tethering point, swivel clip attachment and a bow!
