SHIPPING

Is your shipping discrete?

Yes, our shipping is discrete! There is no way to tell what our packages contain from the outside. On our customs forms, we use accurate but non-sensitive contents labels which do not give away the nature of the items inside.

 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

It takes us 1-3 weeks to dispatch orders. We are a small two person business so please be understanding of this. Shipping times vary based on location. Royal Mail advises us that UK tracked and expedited mail takes 1-2 days with the RM Tracked 24 service. International Tracked mail takes 7-9 business days. **Please note that shipping estimates are just that- estimates. We cannot provide 100% accurate shipping predictions and we do not accept liability for shipping delays.**

 

How do I track my order?

All orders with TLB are now sent with tracking. You will receive your tracking information in a second shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Help! I put the wrong address down for my order- what do I do?

If you realize you have done this, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of placing the order. It is not our responsibility to confirm addresses with customers on each order and we cannot guarantee we will be able to change the address on your order. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot redirect your order to a new address. Please check your order carefully before placing.

 

My package has been lost in the mail, what can I do?

The Littlespace Boutique does not accept responsibility for orders lost in the mail. We do not offer refunds for lost parcels, but we will help you track down your order and/or seek compensation from relevant postal service(s). If you think your order has become lost in the mail, our advice is at first instance to contact your local post office or depot and ask them to look for your parcel. Then please contact us and we can open a missing item case to help find your order. However, we are limited on when we are allowed to open this case as mail is typically not considered missing until 25 days after its due delivery date.

Will I need to pay import fees or customs duties on my order?

The customer is responsible for any customs and import duties incurred upon entry of their order into their country. Please be mindful of your country's up-to-date rules and regulations on these matters when ordering.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Even then, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order. If we have already made the products for your order, fulfilled your order and/or shipped your order, we will not cancel it.

 

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns at this time. Please ensure you have read sizing information and product descriptions before ordering.

 

I'd like a refund, how can you help me?

We do not offer refunds at this time. Please ensure you have read sizing information and product descriptions before ordering. We only offer refunds in rare cases in which products are defective. Please contact us if you believe this to be the case.

Do you make custom items?

No, we no longer make custom items.

Do you remake decoden pacifier designs?

Sometimes yes, but not at request. Ee generally don't remake decoden pacifier designs exactly as we like to keep things fresh and creatively innovative! We prefer to make each of our decoden pacifiers a little bit unique. However, we do make lots of decoden pacifiers with certain favourite characters and themes often, so keep an eye on our Instagram and website for your favourites- they're bound to pop up again!

Are your pacifiers, bottles and sippies BPA free?

Yes! All of our pacifiers, bottles and sippies are BPA free and nontoxic.

 

Are your bottles and sippies microwave safe?

Yes! All of our bottles and sippies are microwave safe and nontoxic when used in the microwave.

 

Are your pacifiers, bottles and sippies dishwasher safe?

Not all of these products are safe to clean in the dishwasher. We absolutely do NOT recommend putting any decorated pacifiers or bottles in the dishwasher and do not accept responsibility for damage incurred in this way. Please refer to the Care Instruction card which came with your product for proper care and cleaning.

 

Are your collars, harnesses and leashes tug-proof?

Yes! All of our collars, harnesses and leashes are fully machine stitched and made with durable hardware so as to be fully tug-proof.

 

Are your chokers tug-proof?

No, are chokers are made with lobster clasps and are intended to be worn as jewelry, not collars.

 

Are your bibs, crochet pieces and other clothing items machine washable and machine dryable?

While all of our sewn clothing is machine stitched and made to be durable, pretty embellishments such as delicate lace and satin bows mean we do not advise machine washing and drying these products. Please hand wash and air dry and always refer to the Care Instructions card which came with your product for proper care and cleaning. We never recommend machine-washing handmade crochet clothing, but these items can be hand-cared for in the same manner described on the Care Instructions card you received.
